Wilson’s Rising Stars Teen Leadership Program

The Wilson’s Rising Stars Teen Leadership Program is a structured, high-level leadership academy designed for teens who are ready to develop real-world responsibility, professionalism, and workforce experience.

Participants commit to a professional 9AM–5PM schedule and earn up to 337 documented community service hours over the full 9-week program — a powerful advantage for Bright Futures, college applications, scholarships, National Honor Society, Beta Club, and service academies.

Teen Leaders are trained, vetted, and held to high standards through a performance-based incentive system that rewards punctuality, initiative, teamwork, and leadership. Weekly incentives include Leader of the Week recognition, attendance bonuses, and performance-based gift cards. Teens also receive leadership documentation, a signed letter of recommendation, and a Leadership Experience Certificate upon completion.

Additional program benefits include free camp shirts, participation in field trips, an end-of-summer awards luncheon, and a final stipend.

This is more than a summer position — it is a professional development experience designed to build confidence, character, and future leaders.
